Phanto-IDP

Phanto-IDP got its name from "Phantoscope for IDP universe", which was expected to facilitate the observation of IDP conformation space like a phantoscope.
Phanto-IDP utilizes a graph-based encoder to extract protein features and a transformer-based decoder combined with variational sampling to generate highly accurate protein backbones. Results show that it's a powerful tool for enhancing the efficiency of MD simulation, generating broader protein conformational space and a continuous protein transition path.

VAE for IDP

This is a rather simple work, utilizing VAE in generating IDP conformations based on MD trajectories. This is my first scientific work in my life, not so perfect, but have made me familiar with researches!
In brief, though VAE is able to generate coordinates of protein conformations, it doesn't perform so well on IDP. That's exactly why we developed Phanto-IDP.

iGEM 2023 | SJTU-software

I'm Team Leader of SJTU-software in iGEM 2023, our project is DARWINS (Directed Ago Renewal With Ideal proteiN thermal-Stability). We focused on developing a software that predicted protein melting temperature, so as to reduce experimental pressure for researchers in engineer proteins.
We won the best software & AI project, and silver medal!
